The Northglenn Neighborhood Development Corporation (NNDC) and the Northglenn Community Foundation present the HOPP Home Owner Workshop Series.  Workshops offer home owners an intimate setting to learn more about ways to improve their home's aesthetics, energy efficiency, and value.  Each workshop features an expert guest speaker presenting a new topic related to home ownership.

     NNDC will continue with the HOPP workshop series in 2007, presenting the first workshop, “NNDC as a Homeowner Resource”, on Thursday, February 1st at 7:00 pm at the Northglenn Senior Center. 

     Bill Sullivan, Executive Director, will give an overview of what NNDC is and what it is doing for Northglenn.  Robert Dodge will give an update on the construction projects at 320 East 104th Place and 1710 Leroy Drive.  The program will finish with Echo Jimenez describing the Design Services program.  NNDC offers a variety of design services ranging from the smallest addition to a complete overhaul, to help you transform your home to fit your needs. 

     On display will be models and renderings of  the NNDC renovation project at 1710 Leroy Drive and pictures of the first renovation project at 320 East 104th Place. 

     All workshops are free and open to all Northglenn residents.  Workshops require reservations as seating is limited.   Light refreshments will be served and you must be present to win door prizes.
