• Where do I get home improvement/construction money?

• Do I have a realistic budget?

• How do I avoid credit problems and possible foreclosure?

Workshop 3 - How NNDC Can Help Home Owners - January 25, 2006

Bill Sullivan of Northglenn Neighborhood Development Corporation discussed the history of NNDC and its future goals. Elaine Rhodes, presented the resources available for Northglenn home owners.  Echo Jimenez, an intern architect at NNDC, explained HOPP's Design Services program and discussed the planned renovation project at 1710 Leroy Drive. 

Workshop 2 - Energy Conservation - November 21, 2005

Jim Todd of Conservation Construction discussed the energy saving benefits of installing insulated windows.   Pat Keegan, Executive Director of Colorado Energy Science Center, and Steve Byers, an energy analyst from EnergySmiths talked about ways to reduce home energy costs.
